7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for the actions of drivers or third parties

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERRANDZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by ERRANDZ or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
